FAQ

Common questions

What is a Matterport virtual tour?

A 3D tour of your venue built from our scans. Guests move through it room by room on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. The player is hosted by Matterport.

How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?

The price depends on the floor area open to guests: €390 excl. VAT up to 80 m², €490 for 80 to 150 m², €690 for 150 to 300 m² and €950 for 300 to 600 m². A hotel starts at €990 and a venue over 600 m² at €1,290, on quote. The first year online is included, then €99 a year (€199 for hotels and event venues).

How does the tour show up on Google Maps?

We publish the panoramas from the shoot on your Google Business Profile. They appear with your photos on Google Maps and in Google Search, where guests compare places.

Can I put the tour on my website?

Yes. You get a code to paste into your site and a short link to share on Instagram, in quotes or by email.

Do I have to close during the shoot?

No. We come before you open or after you close. How long it takes depends on the floor area. The room needs to be tidy and lit.

Which cities do you cover?
